How it works
1. CONSULTATION
DISCOVERY SESSION TO GET THE DETAILS OF THE CASE
We’ll have an initial discussion (via phone or email) with the client or their solicitor to discuss the asset position of the case, the status of the proceedings, the client’s likely outcome, and the costs and timescale to take it through to a Final Hearing, (were that to become necessary). After this discussion, we can usually provide an indication in principle as to whether or not we are likely to be able to assist.
2. APPLICATION
If the consultation's decision in principle looks positive, we will ask the client to fill out the application form with their solicitor. This is a very important document and the client shoud ensure they have all the accurate information prior to meeting with their solicitor.
